Middleburg Communities Sells Wilmington, NC, Multifamily for $64M

Vienna, VA-based Middleburg Communities has sold Mosby at Riverlights, a 250-unit Class A apartment community in Wilmington, NC, for $63.8 million. The buyer, Boca Raton, FL-based RAS Realty Partners, will be updating the name of the property to “Oasis at Riverlights” to coincide with a new branding initiative for the asset.

Mosby at Riverlights has one, two and three-bedroom units. It is located along the Cape Fear River within the Riverlights master-planned community and a short drive from Wilmington’s popular downtown district and award-winning Riverwalk.
