Middleburg Communities Hires Sean Kavanagh as Principal

Vienna, VA.-based multifamily development, investment, construction and management company Middleburg Communities has named Sean Kavanagh as Principal and Vice President of Acquisitions. In his new role, he is responsible for the oversight of Middleburg Communities’ acquisition strategy for existing multifamily asset opportunities.

Prior to joining Middleburg, Kavanagh spent a decade working at The RADCO Cos., headquartered in Atlanta. At RADCO, Kavanagh and his team covered a wide geographic territory ranging from the Sunbelt region to the Midwest as well as select Western markets. During his tenure, Kavanagh managed the acquisition and disposition of more than 100 properties for RADCO with a total transaction volume of more than $2.5 billion.
