Middleburg Communities Adds Four Team Members in D.C.

Vienna, VA.-based multifamily development, investment, construction and management company Middleburg Communities has hired four new team members in the Mid Atlantic region. Carl Anderson has been tapped as Senior Project Manager, Lauren Bland as Project Manager, Zach Hartwell as Assistant Project Manager and Matt Lacik has been hired as Assistant Project Manager.

As Senior Project Manager of Construction, Carl Anderson will be responsible for overseeing multiple multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Lauren Bland will be responsible for project planning, financial management, risk management and schedule for Middleburg’s Single Family Rental (SFR) product. Zach Hartwell will assist senior project management for Middleburg Communities’ construction division and Matt Lacik will provide support for Middleburg Construction projects.
