Middleborough Industrial Facility Trades for $14M

Calare Properties has sold 16 Leona Dr., a fully-occupied industrial and lab facility in Middleborough. The sales price was $14.3 million.

Located within the 220-acre Campanelli Business Park, the 80,100-square-foot property is currently leased by IDEX Health & Science, a medical and life science manufacturing company. The property is located on more than 27 acres with expansion potential of an additional 65,000 square feet.

Rick Schuhwerk, Tony Coskren, Ed Jarosz, Brian Pinch and Lizzie Kusbit of NKF represented Calare in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed. Calare purchased the property in 2015 with an investment strategy centered on proactive management to maintain the asset’s Class A standing.
