Middle Street Partners Widens Southeast Footprint with New Charlotte-Based Director of Development

Charleston, SC-based Middle Street Partners is expanding into North Carolina. Yowell is actively seeking acquisition and redevelopment opportunities in North Carolina, and will initially focus his efforts on the Charlotte and Raleigh areas.

“I’m excited to be part of the dynamic, growth-oriented team at Middle Street Partners from my home base in Charlotte,” said Yowell. “I look forward to expanding our development pursuits in North Carolina and forming new relationships while fostering existing Middle Street connections in the state.”

Yowell graduated from Clemson University and was most recently Development Director in the Eastern Carolinas for Alliance Residential. Yowell has been involved in the execution and development of more than 3,000 units across the Carolinas, most recently managing the development of a 340+ unit project in Raleigh.
