Mid-America Real Estate Facilitates Sale of Michigan Shopping Center

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group completed the sale of Dix-Toledo Shopping Center, a 121,184-square-foot community center located in the Detroit suburb of Southgate, Michigan. The property sold for $10.7 million.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal and Managing Broker Ben Wineman, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc. Principal and Managing Broker Daniel Stern, served as exclusive listing brokers on behalf of the seller, a private family. The purchaser was a Detroit-based private investment company.

Dix-Toledo Shopping Center is 92% leased to national retailers, including T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, Chuck E. Cheese, Snipes, and Hook & Reel.
