Mid-America Brokers Sale of Wisconsin Retail Center
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Silvernail Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center serving the western Milwaukee suburbs. The subject offering features a highly desirable tenancy featuring a top regional grocery store, discount retail, dining, personal services, and multiple outlots. The 116,135-square-foot center was sold to Essential Growth Properties.
Mid-America Principals Rick Drogosz and Dan Rosenfeld, along with Senior Vice President & Principal Scott Satula, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, United Properties. Essential Growth Properties purchased the property.
Silvernail Plaza is one of the dominant centers serving the communities of Pewaukee and Waukesha. Over 62% of the center GLA is leased by credit tenants, including Metro Market and Dollar Tree, offering an investor stable cash flows. In addition, Wendy’s, Arby’s, and Firestone (included in the sale). Metro Market is one of the most popular grocery chains in the state of Wisconsin.
