Mid-America Brokers Sale of Two Chicago Multi-Tenant Properties

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of two 100% occupied multi-tenant retail properties in Streeterville and Lakeview.

The Streetville offering features a standalone retail building leased to fast-casual dining tenants and health & wellness providers such as Sweetgreen, Nando’s, CorePower Yoga, Big City Optical, and Movement Physical Therapy. The property was sold to The Shiner Group.

Mid-America also brokered the sale of 3300 N Broadway in Lakeview, a retail property with tenants including Stan’s Donuts, Solid Core, Rare Tea, Perspire Sauna Studio, Ping Pong, Budlong, and Windy City Sweets. The firm’s Principal, Joe Girardi, and Vice President, Emily Gadomski, were the exclusive brokers on behalf of the seller for both transactions.
