Mid-America Brokers Sale of Grocery-Anchored Retail in St. Louis Metro

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of North Oaks Plaza, a 74% leased market dominant, grocery-anchored mixed-use shopping center in the St. Louis suburb of Northwoods, MO. The 268,893-square-foot property was sold to a 1031 buyer.

North Oaks Plaza is the only large-scale retail development in this densely populated area. The shopping center claims a dynamic tenant lineup that has enabled the neighborhood center to thrive including Save A Lot, Citi Trends, St. Louis County Career Center & Workforce Training, Fresenius and H&R Block.

Mid-America VP Emily Gadomski and principal Ben Wineman, in cooperation with Tim McFarland of Sansone Group, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a private seller.
