Mid-America Brokers Sale of Gold Coast Luxury Retail

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of 1003 N. Rush St., an urban retail building located along Chicago’s Oak Street and Rush Street luxury district in Gold Coast. Featuring a brand new Vuori store, the 5,443 square-foot building was sold to a private family for an undisclosed sum.

Vuori is one of the most contemporary and popular high fashion brands for athletic and performance wear. The brand is best known for it premium quality joggers, leggings, sports bras, and men’s technical activewear.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principal Joe Girardi and VP Emily Gadomski were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of an institutional investor.
