Mid-America Brokers Geneva Retail Center Sale

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Randall Square Shops, a high performing neighborhood shopping center located at 1460 S Randall Road in Geneva, Illinois.

The 54,147-square-foot center was sold to Chicago-based Northpond Partners. Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi, and Vice President Emily Gadomski, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Viking Partners.

Randall Square Shops features an outstanding line-up of national tenants in the heart of the dominant Randall Road retail corridor, including McAlister’s Deli, Hand and Stone Massage, For Eyes, Men’s Wearhouse, Golf Tec, Milan Laser and Popeye’s. Shadow anchors include Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, and others.
