Michelin-Starred Chef Bringing Two Restaurants to Tishman Speyer’s Spiral

Tishman Speyer on Wednesday announced a collaboration with two-Michelin-starred Chef Gabriel Kreuther to bring two new dining concepts to The Spiral, Tishman Speyer’s recently completed 66-story office tower on Midtown Manhattan’s West Side.  The street-level restaurants overlook the four-acre Bella Abzug Park.

Chef Kreuther, alongside business partner Eben Dorros, will operate a 5,700-square-foot full-service restaurant at 34th Street and Hudson Boulevard.  On the corner of 35th Street and Hudson Boulevard, the team will create an all-day café serving breakfast and lunch, with small plates and specialty wine and cocktails in the evening. Both are slated to open in 2024.

“Our partnership with Chef Gabriel and Eben aligns with our vision for heightened dining experiences at The Spiral,” said Tishman Speyer managing director Amir Sperling.  “We have no doubt that their incredibly talented team will produce two new culinary standouts for workers, residents, and visitors to the West Side community.”
