Michael Okun has joined Cresa as a principal of the New York office.

He previously worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, where he received the Number One Sales Professional distinction, and was honored with a Silver Circle of Distinction Award every year, from 2010 to 2016.

Okun will be joined by his original team from Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, Daniel Taormina and Richard Shames, both serving as vice presidents at Cresa.

“It’s great to be working with Michael again. He has an amazing capacity to zero in on clients’ workplace needs, and now he will have the added advantage of in-house project management services,” said Peter Sabesan, managing principal of Cresa NY and another Coldwell Banker veteran.
