Michael Ufer Joins Gensler’s Dallas Office
Veteran architect Michael Ufer joined Gensler’s Dallas office to boost the company’s government, education, science/technology and healthcare practice areas. Ufer comes to Gensler from HKS, where he served as senior vice president for Science + Technology. His 30 years of experience include the positions of store design director with The Container Store and principal with H L M Design.
Ufer’s previous clients include University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Alcon Laboratories, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Oklahoma State University, University of Texas Medical Branch, Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound, Emory University, and Integris Cancer Center.
He earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Architecture degrees from Texas A&M University, and is a registered architect in Texas and Virginia. Ufer is also LEED AP Accredited.
