Michael Strittmatter Promoted to SVP at CBRE in Phoenix

CBRE promoted Michael Strittmatter to Senior Vice President with the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services group in Phoenix. Strittmatter joined CBRE in 2011 and was selected as an honoree in Connect Media’s 2020 Next Generation awards.

He specializes in landlord leasing throughout Metro Phoenix with a focus on representing Class A building owners and developers. Strittmatter and his team have been involved in numerous high-profile build-to-suit transactions and the leasing of large, ground-up business parks. Recent projects include The Watermark Tempe, The Esplanade, Allred Park Place and Scottsdale Quarter.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles.
