Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak to Launch Downtown

Michael Mina’s newest Bourbon Steak restaurant will officially open this fall in downtown Seattle at the Joshua Green Building, according to Urban Renaissance Group and Michelin Star chef Mina. With seven locations across the country, this is Mina’s first Bourbon Steak in Seattle.

“I was raised outside of Seattle and am firmly invested in the next iteration of the downtown area,” says Mina. “I wanted to bring an experience that is as close to home for me as Seattle is.”

Slated to open at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Pike, Bourbon Steak is an American steakhouse that will focus on seasonal regional ingredients, organic and hormone-free cuts of beef and fresh seafood.

“Michael’s Bourbon Steak is the perfect fit for this space and location,” said Patrick Callahan, Urban Renaissance Group CEO. “It’s a true testament to the continuing strength, recovery and revitalization of the retail core throughout downtown.”

Bourbon Steak will be located in the ground-level retail space at 1433 4th Ave., previously home to RN74. The space will seat 125 in the dining room with an additional 20 seats at the bar and offer a private dining room with space for 16.
