Michael Madden Joins Cushman & Wakefield with Focus on Suburban Occupiers

Michael Madden has joined Cushman & Wakefield as director in the firm’s Occupier Services group. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE.

Madden brings more than five years of commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield and will focus on Chicago’s suburban office market, partnering with Jonathan Metzl, who leads Cushman & Wakefield’s office tenant representation group in Chicago, and Henry Lee, executive director, in formulating corporate real estate strategies on clients’ behalf. Amid the pandemic, Madden was instrumental in closing more than 300,000 square feet of office transactions across the Chicago region.

“Michael is one of Chicago’s top up-and-coming office brokers,” Metzl said. “His addition creates momentum and adds new insight as we continue to grow and evolve client services. What’s more, he will be positioned to flourish and continue to succeed within the context of Cushman & Wakefield’s market-leading platform.”
