CBRE Promotes Michael Lee to Vice President

Michael Lee, a CBRE brokerage professional in the New York metropolitan area, has been promoted to vice president at the firm’s Long Island City office.

“Since joining the firm 10 years ago, Michael has grown into an accomplished real estate professional in our industry,” said Ellen Rudin, managing director for CBRE. “We are proud of him and his promotion to vice president.”

Lee is currently part of the leasing team for 23-30 Borden Avenue, a 276,705-square-foot industrial property currently housing a FreshDirect facility. He was also part of the team that completed a 90,646-square-foot office space sublease assignment at One Court Square in Long Island City.
