Michael Kors Renews 203K-SF Midtown HQ Lease

Michael Kors has renewed its lease for 203,000 square feet at 11 West 42nd Street, a joint property of Tishman Speyer and Silverstein Properties in Midtown. The deal, reported as the largest office transaction in Manhattan for February, extends the fashion brand’s occupancy in the building, where it has been located since at least 2012. Lease terms remain undisclosed.

The brand, founded in 1981, has expanded steadily, transitioning to Capri Holdings, which also owns Versace and Jimmy Choo. The building hosts tenants like New York University, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Burberry. Further details on the deal’s brokerage and expansion timeline remain unspecified.
