Michael Furrow Joins BWE Investment Sales as VP

Michael Furrow has been hired as vice president of BWE Investment Sales LLC. and will focus on the group’s national affordable housing platform. Furrow has more than 10 years of experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry and specializes in multifamily transactions. He will be based in the Austin office.

BWE Investment Sales LLC is a separate legal entity working with Bellwether Enterprise (BWE) to offer real estate investors an all-inclusive investment sales platform.

“We’re proud to welcome Michael as the latest addition to our new investment sales group,” said David Roth, EVP of BWE Investment Sales. “Michael’s years of experience in multifamily housing and with LIHTC deals give him a unique perspective, which will prove invaluable to our team.”

Before joining BWE Investment Sales, Furrow was a director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he also spearheaded the creation of the affordable housing investment sales division in 2018.

In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
