Brennan has orchestrated more than $14 billion in industrial real estate transactions and is a sought-after industry expert. He served as the co-founder, CEO, and a director of First Industrial Realty Trust for 14 years before founding Brennan Investment Group. His leadership has helped grow Brennan into the second-largest private industrial real estate owner in the U.S.
