MIAX Signs 94K-SF Renewal in Princeton

JLL completed a 94,445-square-foot lease renewal with Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC (MIAX), a longtime tenant of 7 Roszel Rd. in Princeton, NJ. A subsidiary of Miami International Holdings, MIAX operates its technology development center and National Operations Center from its Princeton headquarters.

Sandy Monaghan, director of leasing & asset management at Signature Acquisitions, which owns the property, said, “We are pleased to continue our longstanding partnership with MIAX, which has grown tremendously over its 15-year tenure at 7 Roszel Rd. We look forward to supporting the company as it continues to flourish in the property.”

A JLL team led by senior managing directors David Stifelman and Jason Benson worked with Monaghan to arrange the renewal with MIAX. King Realty’s Bill King represented the tenant.

Situated within a 24-acre park-like campus, 7 Roszel Rd. is connected via a heated walkway to 9 Roszel Rd. JLL serves as leasing agent for both.
