Miami Office Building Sells for $14M

Highland Park Center, a 44,740-square-foot office building in Miami’s Health District, has been sold by Key International and 13th Floor Investments for $13.9 million.

Located at 1011 Sunnybrook Rd., the 11-story property is across the street from the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital campus. The property, which was built in 2011, is currently fully-occupied.

Douglas Mandel and Benjamin Silver of Institutional Property Advisors, represented the sellers in the transaction. TopMed Realty, a healthcare real estate private equity firm, acquired the property.
