Keyah Real Estate Group unveiled plans for a 262-key boutique hotel. The project has just secured unanimous approvals from both the City of Miami Beach Planning Board and the Historic Preservation Board. 

The project will transform Haddon Hall at 1500 Collins and new construction at 1509-1515 Washington Avenue.

The property will feature a rooftop pool and restaurant with ocean views, as well as a ground-floor Garden Oasis Pool area and restaurant. The project will also boast an elevated restaurant, a 6,500-plus-square-foot ballroom, event and meeting spaces on Collins Avenue, and a 10,000-square-foot spa and wellness concept. 

Architecture firm Rottet Studio has been tapped for the project. Rottet is recognized for the design of landmarks like the New York Stock Exchange and the Beverly Hills Hotel.
