HHM Hotels has offloaded The Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel near Miami International Airport sold for $67.5 million.

The 405-room hotel at 3900 N.W. 21st Street was purchased by Bridgeton Holdings. The South Florida Business Journal reports Argentic Real Estate Investment 2 provided a $59.25 million mortgage to the buyer. HHM spent $10 million on a property-wide renovation in 2017.

The hotel last traded for $42.32 million in 2015. The hotel is also just north of the new Miami Freedom Park, which includes a stadium for Inter Miami CF.

Totaling 330,942 square feet in 10 stories, the Sheraton was built on the 4.8-acre site in 1976 and expanded in 2000. It includes the Rickenbacker Restaurant, Mbark Restaurant & Bar, a pool, a fitness center and 16,026 square feet of event space.
