MI-based Signature Associates Joins TCN Worldwide

Detroit-based Signature Associates has come into the TCN Worldwide fold as its newest member firm selected to join the international real estate services organization. Founded in 1989 by Steve Gordon and 11 other principals, Signature Associates is reportedly the region’s largest-volume locally owned firm.

“It is a great pleasure to welcome Signature Associates as the newest member of TCN Worldwide,” said TCN’s Ross Ford. “This firm has tremendous depth and breadth of expertise, as well as relationships throughout Michigan and Northwest Ohio.”

In 2017, Signature completed more than 1,106 transactions totaling 34.7 million square feet with a value of $1.2 billion. Its advisory and management services team managed more than eight million square feet of commercial space for third-party clients.

“We look forward to meeting representatives from each TCN office at next month’s TCN Fall Conference, and working with TCN affiliates in the near future,” said Signature COO Mark Woods.
