MG Developer Preps for $140M Residential Towers Project in Hialeah

MG Developer has hosted a groundbreaking in Hialeah, FL, for the construction of Metro Parc, a 10-story, 560-unit residential rental building. The event also marks the company’s launch of a multifamily residential division in long-term partnership with Baron Property Group.

Metro Parc comes with an estimated $85 million in construction costs and an estimated $140 million in total project costs. It will be a 3.26-acre project ultimately made up of two mixed-use tower buildings with studio, one-and-two-bedroom units ranging from 500 square feet to 1,000 square feet.  Completion is scheduled for 2024.

Metro Park will be situated between 955 East 24th Street and 980 East 26th Street, two blocks from the metro rail and Tri-Rail Transfer Station. This site is also walking distance to Hialeah Medical Services, near Amelia Earhart Park and one mile from Hialeah’s Arts District.
