MFR Enterprises Inks NJ Lease to Build Day Care Center 

MFR Enterprises has signed a lease to transform a 67,000-square-foot property in Leonia, NJ, into an adult day care center. The two-story property, located near Leonia High School, is set to open as Lily Life in the fall of 2024.  

Marc Krieger from Avison Young represented the landlord. Yoomi Nam from Hyst Realty represented MFR Enterprises in this venture. “There is a significant need for senior care in Northern New Jersey and we’re pleased that this new facility will help meet the continued needs of this population,” said Krieger.
