Bronx MF Sold for $26M 

Ariel Property Advisors has facilitated the $26 million sale of a 237-unit high-rise multifamily building at 1500 Noble Avenue in the Bronx; the names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed. 

The 17-story elevator building, situated on five acres, features amenities including a pool, clubhouse, and concierge. The unit mix includes 50 one-bedrooms, 136 two-bedrooms, and 51 three-bedrooms. 

Ariel represented the seller with a team of Victor Sozio, Shimon Shkury, Jason Gold, Daniel Mahfar, and Gabriel Elyaszadeh in the transaction.
