Mezeh Mediterranean Grill Signs Lease with Rudin for Fourth NYC Location

Rudin has completed a 15-year lease with Mezeh Mediterranean Grill at 845 Third Avenue in Midtown East. Mezeh’s fourth New York City location will be located the base of the 21-story office tower, with a 2023 opening anticipated for the 1,825-square-foot restaurant. 

Specializing in Mediterranean bowls, flatbread wraps and pita pockets, Mezeh is icurrently expanding its national footprint. Based in Annapolis, MD, Mezeh operates approximately 40 locations, primarily in Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.   

“We are excited to welcome Mezeh Mediterranean Grill to 845 Third Avenue,” said Michael Rudin, EVPat Rudin. “Mezeh will serve as a quality amenity for tenants in our building and a convenient resource for workers and residents in the surrounding Midtown East neighborhood.” 

Mezeh was represented by Michael Azarian, Meagan Bonan and James Ariola of Cushman & Wakefield. SVP Robert Steinman at Rudin represented building ownership.
