Meyer Borgman Johnson Relocating HQ in Downtown Minneapolis

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Meyer Borgman Johnson has signed a new, long-term lease to occupy the 20th floor at RSM Plaza, 801 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The multi-specialty structural design practice plans to move its corporate headquarters into the 12,277-square-foot office in June.

RSM Plaza owner Golub and Company is represented by Transwestern Vice President Trinette Wacker and Principal Broker Reed Christianson. Meyer Borgman Johnson was represented by IAG Commercial brokers Jeffrey L. LaFavre and Zach Synstegaard. IAG Commercial provides end-user commercial real estate services to corporations, government entities, and non-profit entities.

“The full-floor office at the very top of the property offers stunning views, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows and the superb location in the heart of the Minneapolis Central Business District,” said Wacker.

Meyer Borgman Johnson, a structural engineering practice with seven offices across the U.S., is relocating from 510 Marquette Ave. S. to the 20th floor of RSM Plaza’s West Tower. The 416,000-square-foot RSM Plaza completed a $10 million renovation in 2018 that revitalized the property’s lobby and introduced new amenities.
