Metuchen’s Transit-Oriented Apartments Lease Quickly
Apartments are leasing quickly at Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station, a new apartment community now under construction in downtown Metuchen, NJ, next to the town’s commuter rail station.
“We’ve leased over 75 homes, and 30 residents are already calling Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station their home,” said Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties, which will hold an open house celebration April 8th and 9th, 2017.
When the last apartments are finished by the end of 2017, the transit-oriented development will include 273 rental apartments, plus a half-acre, open-space piazza and 11,500 square feet of shops and restaurants, according to local news reports. The leasing office at 99 New St. opened in September 2016.
