MetroStar Signs New Headquarters Lease at Reston Town Center

MetroStar Systems LLC, a Reston-based government IT contractor serving primarily defense and national security agencies, has signed a 37,844-square-foot lease at Reston Town Center.

The new office, secured by JLL, will be located at 12010 Sunset Hills Road in Reston, Virginia, and represents the latest real estate move supporting MetroStar’s broader national growth plans and continued investment in expanding its capabilities and business following its acquisition by Veritas Capital in late 2025. JLL’s Jay Farmer and Steve Burman represented MetroStar in the transaction. BXP, the building owner, represented itself in the deal.

MetroStar plans to relocate its Northern Virginia office to the new space in 2027 from its current location at 1856 Old Reston Avenue in Reston. The nine-story building is located in the heart of Reston Town Center, adjacent to the Reston Town Center Metro station, and features amenities including a fitness center.
