Hampshire has sold a mixed-use development site located at 186 Wood Avenue South within Centra at Metropark. The property was acquired by Woodmont Properties and will be developed into residential apartments and senior housing.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Frank DiTommaso and Ryan Larkin represented the seller in the transaction.
