Metro Services Group Accelerates Pacific Northwest Expansion

Metro Services Group announced significant growth across its Pacific Northwest regional operations. The company has secured multiple new contracts in 2025, including a significant engineering engagement with BioMed Realty and a substantial janitorial contract with Sterling Realty Organization‘s Symetra Financial Center.

“These wins validate the strength of our team and the trust we have earned in the Pacific Northwest,” said Michael Oddo, Founder and CEO of Metro Services Group. “As we approach our two-year anniversary in the region, we’re just getting started.”

Metro’s Pacific Northwest team is also active in regional industry organizations, including BOMA, where Metro holds a board-level industry partner role. The company additionally provides facilities and janitorial support for the Seattle Reign, the city’s professional women’s soccer team. Metro Services Group provides engineering, janitorial, and facility services with operations across California, the Pacific Northwest, and other U.S. regions.
