Metro Nashville Apartment Community Trades for $60M
Marcus & Millichap brokered the $60-million sale of The Grand Reserve Spring Hill, a 290-unit apartment community in Spring Hill, 35 miles south of Nashville.
Located at 3085 Commonwealth Dr., the community features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities at the community include a saltwater pool, fitness center, car care center, pet park and game room.
David Stollenwerk of Marcus & Millichap’s Nashville office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was also a limited liability company.
