Metro D.C. Apartments Trade for $25M

Acento Real Estate Partners has acquired Center Pointe Apartments, a 144-unit multifamily community in Waldorf, MD. The sales price was $25 million.

Center Pointe Apartments features one and two-bedroom units outfitted with granite countertops, a stainless-steel appliance package, wood-style flooring in the living areas and a walk-out balcony and patio. The community, which was completely renovated in 2016, includes amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool and playground. The community also offers direct access to MD Route 301.

Ryan Ogden and Rawles Wilcox of Edge Multifamily Capital Markets represented Acento Real Estate Partners in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
