Metro Centre Owings Mills Adds New Lifestyle Hospitality Offering 

David S. Brown Enterprises has announced plans for the Element by Westin Hotel, a new lifestyle hospitality offering at Metro Centre in Owings Mills, Maryland. 

The 120-room extended-stay hotel will be managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, the same company managing the Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre. Element Hotels, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio, caters to health-conscious travelers seeking longer stays. The hotel will feature sustainable design elements, including airy suites, in-room kitchens, and eco-friendly features.  

Positioned across from the Marriott Owings Mills, Metro Centre offers a guest experience with access to fine dining, boutique shopping, and attractions. The development of Metro Centre, led by David S. Brown Enterprises, includes multiple residential, office, and retail spaces.
