Metro Boston Industrial Property Trades for $5M

Boston Realty Advisors arranged the $4.5-million sale of Clemenzi Industrial Park, a 60,238-square-foot industrial park in Beverly.

Located at 54 West Dane St., the property was developed in 1972 and is nearly 100% occupied with flex industrial users.

Jason Weissman, Nicholas Herz and Kevin Benzinger of Boston Realty Advisors represented the seller, the Clemenzi family estate. Full-service real estate firm Jefferson Apartment Group purchased the property for its current cash flow, potential repurpose and intrinsic land value.
