Metro Boston Apartment Building Trades for $7M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $6.9 million sale of a 34-unit apartment building in the Boston suburb of Quincy.

Located at 40 Butler Road, the property consists of 30 one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units. It is located nearby the Quincy Center MBTA station.

Tony Pepdjonovic and Evan Griffith of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
