Metro Atlanta Shopping Center Portfolio Trades Hands
JLL has arranged the sale of two grocery-anchored shopping centers in metro Atlanta. The two properties, which traded as a portfolio are Publix at Acworth and Centre at Panola. The sales price was undisclosed.
Publix at Acworth is a 69,628-square-foot neighborhood center anchored by Publix and CVS in Acworth. Developed in 1996, the shopping center is currently 98% leased to a tenant roster that includes WellStar, Domino’s Pizza, Coast Dental Services, Supercuts and Cricket Wireless.
Centre at Panola is a 73,075-square-foot shopping center anchored by Publix in Lithonia. The shopping center was constructed in 2001, and is currently 100% leased to a tenant roster that includes Marco’s Pizza, Let’s Talk Therapy, Cricket Wireless and Benchmark Physical Therapy.
Jim Hamilton, Mike Allison and Brad Buchanan of JLL represented the seller, a publicly traded REIT, in the transaction. The buyer was Rothenberg-Rosenfield Inc.
