Metal Works Properties Disposes of 57K SF

Metal Works Properties LP sold a 57,360-square-foot, crane-served manufacturing facility at 8550 Telephone Rd. in Houston. The two-building asset, situated on 8 acres, sold to Durco Ltd. for an undisclosed price. The Harris Central Appraisal District values the asset at $3.8 million.

Metal Works, a real estate investor, acquired the property in April 2009. One of the buildings delivered in 2008, while the other came online in 2011. The site is home to Campo Sheet Metal Works Inc., which specializes in custom metal fabrication.
Chris Caudill of NAI Partners represented the seller in the negotiations. Barrett Gibson and Jeff Peltier with Colliers International represented Durco.
