Metal Products Firm Expands, Relocates to Phoenix’s Metro Industrial Center

Empire Metal Products, Inc. signed a 10-year, 42,000-square-foot lease at 2362 W. Shangri-la Road in Phoenix. The total consideration of the lease is $4.3 million. The metal production company, which specializes in sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and copper, is moving and expanding from its current Phoenix headquarters.

The property is located on 2.2 acres in Phoenix’s Metro Industrial Center, within two miles of the company’s previous long-time HQ, which allowed for a seamless transition. The facility is fully air conditioned and features 3,600 amps, 277/480-volt three phase power, fence-secured parking for 125 spaces, 18-foot clear heights, and 12- by 16-foot grade-level overhead doors.

Daum’s David Wilson and Carter Wilson secured the deal for the private investor landlord.

“Empire Metal has experienced significant growth in recent years and was seeking a larger manufacturing facility with more capabilities to accommodate the increase in operations,” explains Carter Wilson.
