Town Brookhaven

Mesirow Pays $87M for Town Brookhaven Apartments

A fund managed by Mesirow purchased the 1105 Town Brookhaven Apartments for $87 million, or nearly $300,000 per unit. Wafra was the seller.

Delivered in 2014, the community features 299 apartment units and offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The development is in the 50-acre Town Brookhaven venture. There are three multifamily developments in Town Brookhaven.

Developed by St. Petersburg, Florida-based retail real estate firm Sembler, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Town Brookhaven opened in 2011 and features approximately 460,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The development is home to dozens of eateries, boutiques and service-oriented retail establishments. It’s also anchored by national retailers such as Costco, Publix and Marshalls.
