Merritt Signs First Tenants at White Marsh Industrial Park

Merritt Properties has signed its first three leases totaling 90,960 square feet at its White Marsh Interchange Park at 10301 Philadelphia Rd. in White Marsh, MD as construction on the three-building Phase 1 delivers. The new tenants include Restaurant Depot, Dill Dinkers and Sensi Auto.

Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale foodservice supplier, has committed to 60,000 square feet. Dill Dinkers, a leader in the pickleball sports industry, has signed a 24,400-square-foot lease, while Sensi Auto secured a 6,560-square-foot lease. Merritt’s Ashley Reimer, Lauren Lindsay and Whit Levering represented ownership.

Phase 1 of construction at White Marsh Interchange Park was completed at the end of May. When completed, the project will total 750,000 square feet across nine light industrial buildings.
