Merritt Properties Secures 137K-SF Industrial Lease in Manassas

Merritt Properties has secured a 137,350-square-foot industrial lease with an undisclosed e-commerce retailer in Manassas, VA.

The full building lease is located within the I-66 Business Park, a six-building industrial park in Manassas. The property is slated to be delivered in April, with the tenant expected to move in this summer. When completed, the park, which is located 28 miles west of Washington D.C., will consist of 596,900 square feet.

The park is currently 83% leased to 11 tenants. It will offer 18- to 32-foot clear heights, with each building featuring rear loading and dock and drive-in capabilities.
