Merritt 7 in Norwalk Adds New Office Leases 

Clarion Partners and Marcus Partners announced 64,000+ square feet of leases at Norwalk, CT’s Merritt 7 Park, totaling 115,000 square feet in the last year.  

Kantar, Metsa, and Ipsos secured significant spaces in seven-year leases. Merritt 7 has gone through recent upgrades, including wellness areas and outdoor amenities. Additional features like a new conference center and fitness facility will launch in Q4 2023. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Baker represented Kantar and Metsa, while IPSOS was represented by Chris Helgesen and Kevin McCarthy of Cushman & Wakefield, and Apex was represented by Kathleen Fazio, also from Cushman & Wakefield. Ownership was represented by David Fiore and JoAnn McGrath of Marcus Partners as well as by JLL’s Ed Tonnessen, Betsy Buckley, and Gil Ohls in all transactions
