Meridian Team Markets Manhattanville Apartments for Sale

Meridian Investment Sales has the listing for 408 W. 130th St., an elevator apartment building in Northern Manhattan’s Manhattanville neighborhood, near both Columbia University and City College of New York. The firm’s David Schechtman, Lipa Lieberman and Abie Kassin are representing the seller in this transaction.

Located between Convent Avenue and St. Nicholas Terrace, the six-story, 63,000-square-foot property contains 83 studio- to three-bedroom units. Meridian says the property has been meticulously maintained and underwent extensive renovations between 2009 and 2013.

Manhattanville has blossomed into one of the most highly sought-after residential enclaves in the city, thanks to the presence of Columbia and City College, says Meridian. This will provide the new owners of 408 W. 130th with plenty of upside in the form of higher rents.

Additionally, the property benefits from its proximity to John H. Finley Residents Campus Schools, and the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center.
