Meridian Sells Tribeca MXU for $14M

Meridian Investment Sales, a division of Meridian Capital Group, recently sold 41 White Street in Tribeca for $14 million. The property, located in Tribeca’s Gallery District, features 12,000 square feet with eight free-market residential units and one retail space. The sale was facilitated by David Schechtman, Abie Kassin, and Brian Gladstone, representing both the seller and the buyer, Onar Tatur, through Tatar Holding.

41 White Street offers residents amenities such as a fitness center, bike storage, and children’s playroom. Its location near Broadway and the Canal Street corridor provides access to transportation and dining options. The property sold at a 6.70% capitalization rate and is part of the 2B tax class.

“This was a unique and rare opportunity to acquire a 100% free-market, mixed-use building with coveted tax class protected status on a prime block in Tribeca,” said Gladstone.
