Meridian Group Secures Two Anchor Tenants for Dupont Circle Office Property
The Meridian Group has secured two anchor tenants totaling more than half of the 350,000-square-foot 1333 New Hampshire Avenue office building in Washington D.C.’s Dupont Circle.
The tenants signed include the American Bankers Association (ABA) and the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). ABA is moving its headquarters to 1333 New Hampshire Avenue from 1120 Connecticut Avenue and will lease three floors at the property. ABA will lease a total of 87,183 square feet and plans to move in November 2022. PCORI will lease 96,092 square feet on three-and-a-half floors, including a conference facility and expanded space for its workforce, beginning in Spring 2022.
Evan Behr, Doug Mueller and Thomas Myers of JLL represented Meridian Group in the lease transactions. PCORI was represented by its strategic partners, Gary Schlager and Ganon Rich of West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors. ABA was represented by Manny Fitzgerald and Harry Stephens of CBRE.
